We have structured the teachings of the Zouk Atoms in a comprehensive program of 4 weeks, 30 hours each. You can imagine every intensive week like this: coming to Bremen and spending one week with 5 hours of workshops everyday and socials in the evening, meeting lovely zouk dancers from different countries. It's the perfect chance to get new inspiration and have the real impression that your dance have gotten to the next level after the week.
These are the four modules of the program:
Why should you follow this comprehensive program? Because you will get an unique insight about the inner structure of the Zouk Basics. This will make you create more and have more fun as a leader and as a follower you will improve your technique to be able to move in any direction even dancing head movements. We, Olga and Fernando, are local teachers, able to adapt to your needs and give you very pragmatical information to continue moving forward in your dance. We are based in Bremen, Germany, and you are very welcome to visit our regular weekly classes. Our dance school, Isla Zouk, a pure dance school for zouk and lambada, is placed in the historic center of the city.
Would you like to learn the System of the Zouk Atoms comfortable at home? We've created a website for it. You can purchase there very different course about the Zouk Atoms, learn head movements technique and improve your leading and following skills.

Learning a dance is much comfortable when you have a clear structure to organize the content. The System of the Zouk Atoms shows you a new way of think and connect the zouk basics. It will allow you to enjoy the dance with everybody without choreographies and discover a lot of new possibilities.
