Head Movements Intensive Level 1 - Bremen
This is a zouk weekend for leaders and for followers to learn to dance the zouk basics (basic step, lateral, bumerangue, etc.) with head movements. We will focus on a clean and healthy tecnique to learn properly circular head movements and tilted turns. |

We have structured the teachings of the Zouk Atoms in a comprehensive program of 4 weeks, 30 hours each. You can imagine every intensive week like this: coming to Bremen and spending one week with 5 hours of workshops everyday and socials in the evening, meeting lovely zouk dancers from different countries. It's the perfect chance to get new inspiration and have the real impression that your dance have gotten to the next level after the week.

We are based in Bremen, Germany, and you are very welcome to visit our regular weekly classes. Our dance school, Isla Zouk, a pure dance school for zouk and lambada, is placed in the historic center of the city.

Learning a dance is much comfortable when you have a clear structure to organize the content. The System of the Zouk Atoms shows you a new way of think and connect the zouk basics. It will allow you to enjoy the dance with everybody without choreographies and discover a lot of new possibilities.
